Terms and Conditions

Introduction

Welcome to Chemin du Crot. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our services. By accessing or using our services, you accept these terms in full.

Who We Are

Chemin du Crot is a micro-enterprise registered in France, operated by Hein Meijer. Our business address is 117 Chemin du Crot, 58290 Sermages, France. SIRET: 10784763400014. Our website address is: https://www.cheminducrot.com.

Description of Services

Chemin du Crot provides mindfulness coaching services and hosts retreats focused on personal growth, well-being, and mental clarity. Our services include one-on-one coaching sessions, group workshops, and immersive retreat experiences. All services are subject to availability and may be modified or terminated without notice.

Payment Terms

All payments for our services are processed through Mollie, a secure and PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. Payments must be made in full before services are delivered. We accept various payment methods including credit cards, bank transfers, and digital wallets as supported by Mollie.

Mollie Integration: All transactions are secured through Mollie’s platform. We do not store your payment information on our servers. Your payment data is handled solely by Mollie in compliance with European payment security standards.

Service Delivery

As we provide services (mindfulness coaching and retreats) rather than physical products, there is no delivery of goods. All services are provided at our location in Sermages, France, or through online sessions as agreed upon in your booking confirmation.

Limitation of Liability

Chemin du Crot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in question.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of France.

Payment and Refund Policy

Payment Terms

All payments for our mindfulness coaching services and retreats are final. By making a payment, you confirm your commitment to the booked service or retreat.

Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable. Due to the nature of our services (mindfulness coaching and personalized retreats), we do not offer refunds once payment has been processed. This includes donations and all other forms of payment for our services.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your booking, please contact us at heinmeijer@pm.me as soon as possible. While we cannot offer refunds, we may be able to reschedule your service or retreat to a later date, subject to availability and our discretion.

Exceptions

The only exception to our non-refundable policy is if Chemin du Crot cancels the service or retreat. In such cases, you will receive a full refund of any payments made.

How Long We Retain Your Data

All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including for legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.
